I really procrastinated my meditation until the last possible moment today...11:45pm, 15 minutes before the next day started, it was time to meditate. That's pretty pittyful... that's how badly I want to succeed at this. I will procrastinate until the last moment but I will for sure make sure that it gets finished. Definitely something to note. Maybe this recording of my daily progress is making me want to do better?

Today, I asked my bae what she wanted for breakfast. After some digging, she told me she wanted some donuts, but they were in the next city over (there's a specific bakery she likes). It wasn't a big issue for me and I decided to knock out two birds with one stone, so I took Piglet on a ride with me and got her a treat on the way. Mocha Joe got some dedicated petting time and overall I think I did a good job of showing love.

My chest workout today was precise and to the point. It's kind of tough completing some of the workouts when I don't have some needed gym equipment (like benches that can incline), so I had to make do with what I had (aka my sofa 😂). I am still using the same workout material and probably won't be straying. 🤓 I use Strength Training Anatomy, 3rd Edition by Frederic Delavier as my workout plan. I feel like this book gives me the best of both worlds: exercises that will work every part of a muscle group, and how to properly do the exercises (to avoid injury). Frederic Delavier is also an excellent illustrator, and the book is really fun to look at if you're a science geek. Summary of Stats:

Final Thoughts:I am really starting to enjoy working towards my goals now. Especially since I am getting a lot of useful data out of all of the recordings that I'm making. By the way, I will start live streaming probably 2-3 times a week now to get more content out there. Thank you @steemit and all of the other wonderful developers like @dlive, @dtube for making the world of sharing content a much more decentralized place. One love. |
