🤓 I use Strength Training Anatomy, 3rd Edition by Frederic Delavier as my workout plan. I feel like this book gives me the best of both worlds: exercises that will work every part of a muscle group, and how to properly do the exercises (to avoid injury). Frederic Delavier is also an excellent illustrator, and the book is really fun to look at if you're a science geek. Summary of Stats:
