I thought for a while before deciding to give an answer, however, I have come to the conclusion that in this contest is difficult to please everyone, and therefore, although we try to be as fair as possible, there will always be someone more susceptible than someone who will not be happy. But who said life is easy? So why complicate ourselves in trying to make everyone happy? the best thing is that we take care to be happy each in the way that we can best and share and spread our happiness to others who are also willing to be so simple and sincere. So I encourage them and I encourage myself to do any challenge where our intellect can exercise and we can give ourselves feedback.

If I managed a budget of 300 steem as a reward for a contest with 50 entries or participants, I would distribute it as follows:

the first 5 places ----- 30 steem ----- 150 steem in total
from 6th to 10th place ----------- 10 steem ----- 50 steem
from 11th to 20th place ----------- 5 steem ------ 50 steem

and the remaining 50 steem would be distributed among the 30 participants who did not win, but who participated and therefore the contest was possible
