Actually it's the society here in India that treats Depression as something unholy like instead of treating it like a Disease and Cuting it.
I still remember when I told my Mom that I feel like I am getting deeper into depression, she said what are you talking about that's not even a thing.
I believe Depression is a serious issue and we should always be proactive about how to get rid of it.
