@tipu.
i have 225 sp available and i wanted to delegate 210sp leaving 15sp in the account.
let alone 210 sp; i can't even delegate 200 sp.

what could be this problem and what should i do now to delegate.
i have 95%+ RC.

give me a solution please.

Thats because of the recent hf20 update. You need to regenerate your voting power first to about 100%.
