I recently have been jobless (if I hadn't said that it my posts yet) and became sad for a while. I got so used to having people around and all of a sudden, it was just me. Steemit showed up like an answered prayer. I finally have an avenue where I can spill my thoughts at without the fear of being the topic of your "friends" topic for their daily gossip. Because seriously, that has been what facebook is for some people. A place to be nosy about other people's lives. You post something and instead of getting help, you get smirks, you get raised eyebrows. Steemit has a lot of people with friendly smiles and encouraging messages.

Sorry about everything, there will be good times and yes, exactly how facebook has been for me. People would smirk on most of my ideas that i would try to play out using facebook pages or even report it as giving them notifications etc and these pages would get suspended. Steemit incentivizes moral but apart from that has steemians with a powerful steemit effect that brings about instant chemistry. If you attend any steemit meetup, you will instantly feel this. Indeed, steemians grow into awesomest versions of themselves
