Here is to the class of 2018 whales! @fatpandadesign along with the amazing help of @skinnythames, has created a fairly new group where minnows can focus on each other and growing personal relationships as well as Steemit ones! Thats what I call a win win. 1w+1w=Xwins!
Ok I'm not a math teacher, but I am a Steemian. If you want to grow, and not just hope to get a hit from a whale, become one of the best new communities on Steemit!
Simply post your story (preferably in @bbchain because you will make more off your post) then share your own post to the Steemit group and they will generally come in and vote for stories while they are posting and checking their own.

As you can see, Maslow's hierarchy states that once your health and shelter are taken care of, the next level of growth is the first step to self actualization. I believe Steemit covers the top three tiers.
Now I know FB is the devil and Steemians have a love hate relationship, buy why sacrifice years of networking? Plus, it gives you a chance to see into the lives of people @beyondbitcoin. I can't tell you how much more support people feel when they see pics of you IRL! Sharing with the others you support is the ultimate way to self actualization. Give it a try, if it doesn't work out, you have lost nothing, but if it does...you have gained everything.
