Steemit? When will you make it possible to upload video so we don;t have to use other platforms?

Coming over to Steemit has been tons of trial and error!!!!! Wanting to leave other internet based platforms and limit it to one MAIN platform is still impossible.

We can post a blog we type out and even attach a picture, this is good but very limiting. Some people are not very good at typing what they are thinking and when they do what they say in type can often be misinterpreted or misunderstood. I know this one from experience. I am much better in person than trying to find the words to type. With that said, making a video to say what you want and to show examples in a video makes it easier for some people.

When we have to post a video on a platform other than Steemit, then that other platform gets to make money off your video. I understand this is business, but when you have very little control over your own digital property they can make money any way they see fit. Then trying to monitor that video you upload is another challenge.

Steemit, I ask when will you create or make possible an all in one platform for your users? Some people would like to dedicate their efforts on one single controllable platform.

I like the fact that your comment and up/down vote system holds the commenter responsible. Unlike other platforms.
I like the ease to blog, and follow others blogs. I don't care much about the money since we work full time, maybe in the future, it might mean more, but today we just use it to promote or help others. Never put it in our personal accounts. Just leave it on Steemit.

We want to help build a community of honest people who share with each other so we can learn and help each other.

So Steemit, when are you stepping up to the plate and helping score that grand slam for the community?
