[STEEMFIT] How Cycling has changed my life

in #steemit8 years ago

I had always thought that cycling is only a hobby, cycling only burn small calories and cannot greatly affecting my health. A few weeks back, i decided to step up my cardio game and cycling on the road become my daily routine. Here are a few reasons why i stared my cycling life.

Exercise is the best way to detox your body, even though its often hurt just to think about it. My daily routine started by morning and sun set, yes i want to have fresh air. Cycling kick my body back into machine sweating out whatever toxin i have and getting those muscle and Endorphins back into action. Its painful when you start it always feels good when you finish it.

Whether you are cycling indoor or outdoor , its always provides great stress reduction. Riding the bike and grinding the pedal is an excellent way to to just focus on the hand and foot while Endorphines are pumping through your body.Talking about stress relief, Cycling has alleviated two dominants stresses in my life ; parking and traffic. Granted, i cycling down to the coastal bike path and not everyone has it so easy but instead they looks stressed out. I know i've been able to get little exercise and moment of piece to myself.

We knows that exercise can greatly helps with wight loss but not everyone knows exactly why. Maybe the human body burns fat as fuel source during exercise and cycling is a great form of training. Cycling is ideal as it part of aerobic exercise which is defined as a long, repetitive and challenging workout.

Cycling exercise has great part to strengthened my legs, hearts and lungs. I spend at least 3 hours daily for cycling exercise. It may sound pretty obvious heavy exercise during the day will makes you sleep better , but for me adding an extra time will makes me completely passed out in the evening. And now i dont need alarm clock to wake up bright and early in the morning.

I have always enjoyed exercise and keeping my body fit helps me to maintain my self-esteem and self confidence.
