    Trump wants NATO to pay their fair share, like they agreed to. There are only 5 countries that do that, the rest are ripping the US off. They should pay what they agreed to NATO, or we should stop wasting our money to help them. Totally rational. Everyone but his opponents see the value in bringing up the problem...
