Hi @blakemiles84 Great post buddy. To be honest with you I don't think there is anything wrong with posts related to Steemit. I think these types of posts are necessary because it allows people to see how well Steemit is growing.
Large corporate do the same so I say if you want to be a "Steemit Circle Jerk" then by all means be one because it helps the community to grow. I think I should also become a "Steemit Circle Jerk" :) - your friend @bitcoinkings
