This is how I started my glass repair business 5 years ago. Working everyday doing it all. Now I have four people working for me and they are making a good wage. I have not had any financial help with this business. It was a long hard road to get to this point.
However the business is not growing. This is only because I am not BLACK.
In South Africa we have a pissed off government that is applying pressure on big business to only use black owned business to supply, service or what ever other business is needed. The point is it has to be black owned.
I have no problem with this as a concept however.
All my staff are black this has a direct impact on the people the government is trying to help. This is one of the biggest problems in the developing world. How do the government help the black people and I agree they need lots of help. If you prevent the entrepreneur from growing his business for the color of his skin . Then society has lots to learn. This is why i see platforms like steemit and others grow beyond the borders of governments. It will liberate the developing countries from governments control. Same for bitcoin and the many other crypto's out there.
Free the economy of the world and take part in the decentralized economies. This is truly the only way mankind will survive governments.
