Much appreciated! I see I am now a 40 rep as well, have my eyes on a 50. How long did it take for you to achieve yours?

It took me a month I think. I don't have as many followers as you have. You already achieved your 300.
Here are my tips for you-

1. Forget about monetary aspect now.
   Seriously, I mean it.
2. Whenever you post something, do it with passion. whatever is our passion. You might not get proper rewards, but, I must say, you will get your post noticed by others. And, next time they will like your post and even follow you
3. Do lots of interesting comments. It helps to engage with others and it makes others feel good.
   Just think, why, I'm saying all these to you. I can't just ignore. this reply or just reply the question you asked.
   Anyway, keep doing what you doing. Once you reach to a good follower, you will start getting nice rewards. give say, two to three months.
