RE: WHY STEEMIT PISSES ME OF SO MUCH!!!!!!!!! 🙏🏼

in #steemit7 years ago

I share your frustration, it's the worst it has ever been. Hopefully Steemitfest gets the right people in a room together to work out the kinks. You have some beautiful photography and it would be a shame to lose professionals on this site, when that is who it is key to attract and retain for steem to ever hold any true value.

My only suggestion is when Steemit lags, try busy.org, same content, different interface. I'll do my best to get you some recognition, but I'm small fish in a big pond.

One thing to consider is make big posts filled with great content regularly, but not too regularly. Four or five times a week. A lot of the bigger accounts use a robot voting program, and are fain to invest in some one who makes multiple posts per day as it is draining on their account voting power.

I'm not going to lie, short term you probably won't make a shit ton here, unless you can attract the right investors. You take some beautiful shots of women and cars, so it should be near impossible to fail, but it won't come overnight. Best of luck.

Thank you, I will take a look at busy.org Bleedpoet. Also, thank you for your kind words much appreciated. I think even though the platform is still in early stages we are all small fish apart from the ones that have the monopoly on here but again thank you very much for your help and likewise, I will do the same for you.

At the moment I have been posting around 3 to 4 posts a day every day to be fair. I am finding it hard to attract the right investors and I have been wondering is that my content does not really suit this platform? but then I also don't expect it to take off overnight bit like when I first start shooting its taken time to get to where I am today with the photography its hard work.

Again thank you for your comments and your kind words.....

Your always welcome. Maybe flesh out the photos with some details about the cars you're shooting, add some of the raw images and discuss the process used to make them art. There are a quite a few professional photographers here with whom you could share with and learn new techniques.

As for your content suiting the platform... You have a bunch of whales who have made tons of money in cryptocurrency, fast cars and half naked women almost sell themselves, you just need to add more depth to your articles. And don't forget they consider nipples NSFW, some prudish fish will down vote that faux pas.

Thank you yes I think you are 100% spot on there I will be adding more text to the posts with explanations and equipment used along with the post-processing even maybe look at doing mini-tutorials on the editing processes ect.

If there is any nipples or other showings I always put the NSFW tag that's only fair to people that don't want to view such content and to be fair that's not a bad thing if others are posting NSFW content without the tag then yes marking down is the correct in my opinion.....

I will Steem on and see where it takes me.

Thanks for your constructive comments 👍🏼
