  1. Minnows, Dolphins, and Whales are not just creatures that swim in the water but are real people too!

  2. As a new Steemian on here you cannot upvote everything you like on the first day because your upvote becomes worthless. Even though my upvote is only worth a penny I feel horrible that I cannot give that penny to posts that I really enjoy:(

  3. Ecclesiastes 4:9-10 can apply to Steemit Followers. “Two are better than one, because they have a good return for their labor: If either of them falls down, one can help the other up. But pity anyone who falls and has no one to help them up.” To my 76 followers thank you for the encouragement that you provide me through you upvotes and comments. It has made these last 7 days on here very enjoyable.

  4. Like anything in life Steemit takes time and work. If you put in the time and work, you are rewarded. Even on Steemit there are no free lunches.

  5. Getting your first rewards in your wallet feels like a monumental accomplishment. Even if it is only 0.001 SP:)

  6. When I started I thought a blog about my farm life would be interesting. I never imagined I would find so many other people writing so many interesting and amazing things. This leads into my number 7.

  7. Steemit is an amazing community to be a part of. I have made friends with people literally all over the world. The conversations we have had and the post that I have found are remarkable. It has been truly a rewarding 7 days on here. Cannot wait to see what is in store for the future.

As the sun sets on my first 7 days. I just want to thank everyone for making my experience on Steemit so wonderful.
