I don't disagree with most of what you are saying. I think the bar has definitely been lowered from even when I first started on here. The person that got me into it explained it was a place for high quality content. I really felt like I had no business being here but I wanted to give it a go. All that being said, content is subjective and what might be crap to one person is valuable to another. Granted there are a large number of posts that are just crap no matter how you look at it. My personal posts(camping, cooking, grilling, concerts, etc) aren't everyone's cup of tea. I still consider them decent quality though.
