Great read. I agree that flags shouldn't be used just if you don't like someone's work. Also the whole situation of not pissing people off unnecessarily is so true.

The truth of the matter is that sometimes, especially on the Internet, people will say things you might not like. You just have to get over it, you know? There are certain situations where it's different, but for the most part there's no reason to flag someone or start a fight.
