Cool idea! A lot of people from Arizona go to "Rocky Point" Puerto Peñasco for spring break. Where exactly on the Baja California is this going to take place?
There is a group that puts on huge events called SWAT at places like Lake Havasu. Spring breakers buy a package deal for their rooms, concert tickets...etc.
Possibly deals could be marketed to University of Arizona and Arizona State Students.
