So far you are doing a good job and the way you reward comments might bring you more eventually. Its a proven method which is practised by a lot of steemians.
@cem I appreciate it, can you point to me any Steemians who are particularly well known for upvoting many of their followers' comments or who specifically encourage/reward constructive comments?
I think besides upvoting your commenters being the whole point of Steemit you can find tons of good articles written on this subject here in steemit. Check the search for example
