My advice is: be very cautious. I've been involved with cryptocurrency for about a year and a half and the biggest lesson I've learned so far is that unless you know what you're doing, it's like walking through a minefield. One false step and it can be a disaster.
This whole thing is very complicated. It is not easy and simple! Unless you're a computer geek, you might find it all overwhelming, as I have.
I've tried many wallets, read a lot, tried to keep up, watched tons of YouTube videos, moved coins around, etc., and the more I learn the more I realize how much more there is to learn.
I'm at the point now where I'm backing off from it and simplifying as much as possible. I have a Jaxx wallet and a Coinbase account, and I'm focusing on DASH and Steemit. And that's about it.
I wish you good luck with it.
Thanks for your reply. I, too, want to keep things rather simple. I don't have the time to read extensively about all the cryptos out there. Which is why I have been playing it safe and just earning Steem from posting! No financial loss there.
