I'd rather have a lot of talent and a little experience than a lot of experience and a little talent.

    That can go different ways.

    I played sports with guys who were drafted. Some of them had lots of talent but no work ethic or bad attitudes - I could see it right during our high school days before the drafts.

    I remember thinking what a bummer that was, even by my Grade 10 and 11 years. So much potential.
