Thanks man, good overview, I'm going to re-read it too. "downvote all content that is over-rewarded as fast as possible...this includes below average quality"... that's an interesting area, there's certainly a lot of stuff that I would consider junk but I haven't downvoted it because I thought that was just my personal opinion.
