A GREAT WAY TO SUCCEED ON STEEMIT.. sharing my personal experience

in #steemit7 years ago (edited)

Yesterday, I had a little chat with a friend of mine. He inquired whether I have any investment plans or ideas because he is a business oriented person.

I told him about steemit and how he can invest in steem for more profitable returns.
He asked about how steemit actually works and explained to him what I thought he should know before signing up.

However I made him aware about the Ghanaian community.. #teamghana and why he needs to be part because it is hard making it when you are alone on steemit. I shared with him ways he can succeed on steemit.

I would like to share one way share with everyone here and reasons why I think it is the best way, that will surely be my personal view and I would welcome other views as well.

I would like to focus on TEAMWORK. To me that's so important if one wants to make it easily on steemit. Here are few thoughts why I think it is a great way to succeeding on steemit:

Daily support

I'm so glad I found myself in teamghana and working with the team. I was all by myself trying so hard until a friend introduced me to the team and with them the journey has been smooth. We have had series of challenges in team, some who thinks they should be on their since steemit is not a centralised platform but rather decentralised.

This is true but being part of a team does not necessarily take away your right to be yourself. There are rules in any team that I think you ought to follow and that is to ensure that all the affairs of the team runs smoothly. With their support I have discovered many things I never knew before, have seen massive impovement in my work. On daily basis I get support from #teamghana, help I may not have gotten each day if I was alone.

I really appreciate every little cent from the team because I believe as we improve and grow the reward also will improve and so Imagine what I will receive in five years time if today with their support I'm rewarded $1 with their votes. Thanks to the generous leaders of our team @tj4real @kwakumax @anaman @richforever @mcsamm and all the members in the Ghana team.

constant growth

I have realised something and I beleive is a plus to all the whales here on steemit. Much love and consideration are often given to every newbie to ensure he enjoy his stay and that is one the reasons I have been here till now. I had the priviledge of getting help and support as a newbie with a rep of 25. Today such help don't come easy. Like what happens in our real world, ones you come up of age you are sometimes left alone to fend for yourself and that's exactly what happens on steemit.

If you are a newbie don't let the help you have been getting from people you get into your head to forget about the need to build your life around a team. A whale who is helping you today may help someone else tomorrow as people troop in to steemit each day. This is why you need to be among a strong team and work together.

More exposure

I have more followers and have more connections on steemit and I will attribute this to my team who have stood by me all this while. This is another reason why we should join a team. A fast way to succeeding on steemit on not just about working hard, writing good post or being consistent but having a connection with people who will give you the hype, recommmend you, mention you and probably share your good works with people from time to time.

This is one reason it is so important to work with people. Those who have been here for quite a long time have got any connections you may need, it's just a matter of associating with them to give you the exposure.

kindly share with me your thoughts, do you have a team and how have they impacted you on steemit?

This is @collinz from #teamghana and #teamashanti ......Ghana

Really learnt a lot from this post. Keep it up and coming. @collinz

Please convey this message to others. SMARTSTEEM has some technical problem. It many times does not vote and does not return your money. But the worst part of the story is that if you ask for return of your money, an account known as clvr will start attacking you. Whenever you use any bot and get some vote, this clvr will downvote you and take out a big portion from that. clvr will trace whenever you get some return from any bot and use appropriate voting weight of downvote so that most portion of your return is wiped out. Then you have no other option than to abandon that account and start a new steemit account. But, when you do that, be very careful that you should not do any type of transaction with the new account. clvr is clever enough to find that it is your new account and will start attacking that account too. Anyway, your infected accounts can be safely used to hold your SP and upvote to earn curation rewards. THEREALWOLF is the person who will start reacting to you in case you complain about your loss.

The best option is that, those people who lose the transferred money to SMARTSTEEM and does not get it returned, should not ask them and should not complain so that at least your account will be safe from the attack of clvr. Just forget that money. I have lost my 3 accounts, but my other accounts are safe because I take care to avoid any type of transaction or up-voting or similarity of posts between the affected and not-affected accounts.

Thank you @almira94, I hope you have learnt something useful here?
