This is just like the thousands of other automated spam reports all over the site, except it's been artificially boosted into trending with bidbots. To me it represents near zero effort, and it doesn't make for interesting content.
Plenty find it interesting. Once a month is far from spam. Yes, I paid to advertise because it works. So what? Why are you butthurt that someone paid to promote a post that is a benefit to the community.
