Mine neither but they can make a difference. Had a similar but less annoying situation and after flagging, asking the author to change his ways and mentioning it to @steemcleaners, the user at least reacted and seems to include the sources of the content he shares now.

Ah, it's good that he cites his sources now. That's really a crappy thing to do to pretend it's your own image on a color challenge and reap the rewards for someone else's work. I'm sure plenty of people do get away with it, sadly...
Well, the sooner the community starts combating this behavior, the sooner we can get rid of or straighten the ones that abuse these "loopholes". Same thing goes with people self voting their comments...
