Depending on your location and if you have a bank there are many options.
Circle or coinbase could deposit the money to your bank
Or you could goto Localbitcoins and get cash from someone in person.

    So if I have account on Circle or Coinbase, I can directly transfer my SBD in bittrex directly to it? Or I still need to convert my SBD to Bitcoin?
