i like this system of tipping, has @cardboard thought about perhaps fine tuning this with options that specify some minimum quantitative properties required for a tip, such as minimum characters, must or need-not have graphics and such? Or, max number of tips (per receiver) per day?

    I think you're reffering to the subscription feature, not !tip ;)

    I dont think those minimum values are needed, it's up to users to subscribe to authors who constantly produce good content (not spam). Cheers!
