In regards to your attack from a downvote bot, I'm too new here to have any solution, but it seems a problem of decentralization. No moderators, no banning. The best proposed solution if banning isn't an option would be for each successive downvote to be less bad than previous downvotes, reducing the efficacy of a spambot hurting your account.
