Does the same bot do the 0.1 tip and the wallet? Ie it said the bot would need to recharge for 21 hrs... does it work the same for the tip?

And second question... if I want to tip from the comment section I just reply to "their" comment and it will tip them right?

    The tip works always, it does not use voting power.

    As for second question - yes :) you can also tip post authors :)
