There is a huge difference between a good steemit blogger and a great steemit blogger. A great steemit blogger contains certain characteristics and traits that sets them apart from the rest.

Having these few qualities and others not mentioned gives a blogger the power to understand what users/steemians want, how to create extremely good content, and how to promote it.
Basically, steemit isnt about copying and and pasting of contents but more of finding ways to improve the steemit community in different ways and the juicy part is that you get rewarded for bringing something new for users of the community
Qualities Required
Be resourceful
Being resourceful is a basic quality required in sailing through life in general. And same goes in the steemit world, to thrive in this community of intellectuals you have to be creative. Contests on this platform provides you the opportunity of showcasing your resourcefulness
Be Friendly
Hostility doesn't favour anyone and the steemit community wasn't built on such ground. This platform is full of networks working together in a friendly manner to have what is known as the steemit community. And practically commUNITY has the word unity. Unity doesnt exist in an hostile environment. Therefore be friendly so as to build the needed community.
Be passionate
Passion is that deep burning desire, the hunger and thirst to achieve something. The desire to constantly improve the community is highly required. Early days in the steemit community might not be all rosy but being passiont about it keeps you going. Being passionate is the driving force you need to get fully onboard.
Be consistent
With being passionate comes consistency. Consistency is the ability to provide quality content on a regular basis. Being consistent requires you to be dedicated to writing your contents and keeping procrastination afar off.
The above content has been my little observation about the steemit community, and has also been my guide so far. Though still learning different ways to improve the community, just wanted to share this few tips to help new users of the steemit community as a way of saying welcome
