Super interesting to me how the art finds "value" in a reward system, but as artists and makers, if we start making the art FOR the reward, what are we really making/sharing? Are we creating, or just making noise. I don't want to be an ai content machine feeding the beast, adjusting and optimizing for maximum upvotes, resteems, trend-ability.
It's hard not to be stats-minded here. I don't want that to start to steer what I write/share/make. But then again, like being able to measure how much value I've put out there and how far the reach of my making goes to touch people. Hard to know if you've spread any meaning when you share, put a ping out there, and get no pings back. Like Johnny Five NEED INPUT!
More of an inner flaw than a platform flaw I think, working on systems reset, throttling expectation ect..
