Facebook is a social media site that has been around for some time bringing people together and allowing family and friends to reconnect even when we live in different countries. Over the years however Facebook as become very nosy into our business monitoring what we post, how we post, and when we post. Private sites are even being monitored and hate pages on Facebook are plenty. Facebook even has a way to promote our post and some people are making money of Facebook but paying in bit money too. So when I found out about Steemit I became all too excited to try it. So here I am with a week or so worth of post and I like what I am seeing.
So steemit is yet another social media site that allows us to come on and blog and really share relevant information all while earning. Now did I make a hundred dollars overnight, NO. But like anything else that is worth the investment Ill build it, nurture it, and put the work into it. Here is the difference however. Steemit gives the people that are a part of the site the power to upvote the conversations. Steemit is full of intelligent conversation and information and not just videos of dogs doing tricks. Don’t get me wrong, I still have my Facebook, who doesn’t like dogs? But for my true blogging social site I would chose Steemit again.
I have faith that I will eventually find my niche and that I will be able to write articles that will at one point or another appeal to everyone and hope that I can make some decent money eventually and we can all help each other to make some nice change. Until that happens Ill keep clicking away on the keyboard finding the words to put down and growing my craft.
Full Steem ahead my friend.

It seems a tall order, but once people realize facebook uses them as unpaid content creators, while steemit shares profit with users it should be no contest for steemit to win.
I agree. Facebook is dead in the water once people realize how amazing steemit is!
