What did I do? Why did I do it?
I am just 2 Steem POWER from reaching 800 Steem POWER. While that might not seem like a huge goal, I know for 99% of Steemians, it seems like an impossible goal. My long-term goal has always been to have enough Steem POWER so that I could pay myself for my articles. That long-term goal is in the range of 100,000 Steem POWER, which is a long way off, unless I start cranking out some reward winning articles.
Anyway, I have seen people talk about delegating their Steem POWER and earning a good return on that delegation. And, I'm sure there are a lot of different choices for doing delegation that would fit almost anybody's taste. I personally didn't do it before because I was a little worried about losing that extra power in my upvotes. But, I'm thinking that their won't be much difference if I only put up 100 Steem POWER.
Who did I delegate to?
Why did I choose HUNT?
Well, for two reasons.
First, because I was following someone else, I ran into a few articles that were part of HUNT. I have tried to do product reviews on my garden products and I kind of like doing rundown on products. If HUNT is going to pay me for articles that I write reviewing products, that's a bonus that I probably wouldn't get elsewhere.
Second, I'm always interested in getting into other coins. So, if this gets me another trade-able coin that allows me to build my portfolio, then all the better. And, they made it easy to assign delegation through links on the article. Basically, I'm getting in on the ground floor of something, while only risking virtual power. Very low risk.
I will include updates to see how well this goes.

Nice move. I have not really looked into SMT. This is going to make steemit much more popular to. The initial stages is always the best time to invest in because buy in is low.
That's what I figure. Almost no risk investment.
If you want to make money on Steemit your transfers need to look something like this. Honesty or effort will get you nowhere.
Not everyone needs to be sleezy to make it on Steemit.
For sure, just pointing out what your 'competition' is doing. The reward pool is finite after all.
