I keep studying on Steemit. I have new findings everyday. Consuming a lot of content.
In one hand, there are amazing content which contains a lot of valuable information that earns few cents, on the other hand there are some very short, not quality, copy-paste content that earns $1k.
Some of the content creaters try to put a lot of effort to create valuable content but gets nothing in return, but some of them can just pay some money to bots to get his/her content upvoted or resteemed for exposure.
At the end of the day; who has more knowledge about steemit enviroment and how it works, gets the bigger share; not the one who has bigger knowledge about the topic/subject.
But what picks my attention is; how steemit changed the lifes those who studied and learned the Steemit.
There is no day passing without hearing a Steemit success stories.
There are some smart but poor students who can not afford to go his choice of university because of the financial shortcamings related to his location in the world. But i'm hearing that Steemit became their main source of income to fund their university lifes. How cool is that! They are putting great content out there or paying money to bots to get noticed. Doesn't matter. They know how it works and they pay for their education in this way. They never hesitates to mention that; it wouldn't be possible without Steemit.
There are some people retiring from their shitty daily jobs by putting full time effort on Steem. But it comes with the comfort of your own house! Quitting a job to write an article a day on Steemit! Cool right?
And i heard some people covered their health care expenses. There are people paying for their cancer treatment by documenting the process on Steemit. Just think about it; health care is expensive in any country in the world.
Also there are some people in Africa where daily wage is under $1 creating some content and making few bucks a day which allows them to support their families. Imagine, you live in a poverty and making $1 a day to provide for your wife and three children. Your son is writing on Steemit and making 5 bucks a day. Can you see the impact?
And many stories like this. The take away from this article is easy. More you earn, more you learn.
And the keynote is; don't stop creating. Until you figure it out, keep creating and adding into system. You can't lose by putting content out there.
Thanks for your time.
Well said, man. I am so happy for the success of the Steem blockchain. This is big news for people that live in 3rd world countries where jobs only pay a couple bucks. Now, anyone with creativity can earn hundreds, if not, thousands of dollars on posts, regardless of location.
It is crucial to understand how Steem works in order to succeed. Talented people are everywhere and they don't always get the attention they deserve. Even on YouTube, people with large followings can post crap videos and generate more income than an extremely talented person with a small following can in a year.
Talent is one part of the equation. You need to be clever and understand your playing field.
Absolutely! Thanks for your time and comment.
