It does seem to be quite a trend these days. A few comments, though...
The suddenly HUGE payouts immediately following HF19 were inflated quite considerably... for 7 days. Now we've passed 7 days since HF we should be closer to "normal."
The biggest problem (just my opinion) is that a lot of people with high voting power are just voting for themselves, and especially upvoting their own comments, which is redistributing the rewards pool. Let's say my 100% upvotes are worth $5.00... if I go around giving all those upvotes to myself instead of to others... others (the would be YOU) will see their relative rewards drop. And some people are abusing the heck out of that system.
The system is rigged!
