When STEEM was at $2.12 @stephenkendal made a post setting the Year End target price of STEEM to +$4.70. Among other things mentioned that Steem was strong undervalued. Having the same opinion with him and checking further the technical analysis chart i found that the +$4.70 has to do with the resistance level (0.0020 BTC was aprox $5.60 usd that period). If we agree that STEEM would be bulish the next resistance level would be at 0,0029 btc that was aprox $8.12 usd that time.
