That's the thing that is bothering me the most. No response on any level to tickets after over a week now. They've never replied to me before. It's making me very uncomfortable.

This is big problem ... but they have the most accounts of any other exchange and minimal verification. I think that they still have not realize that their business is now on another level .

True, true. I think that they know their business is booming, when you see those dollars sign get that huge, you gotta know. They need to quit being greedy and funnel some of it back into their infrastructure and support system so that these things do not happen or are minimized.
