A New Addition to the Fight Against Spam and Plagiarism - clamps

Joining Cheetah, @clamps sole purpose is to help fight against SPAM bots and plagiarists

Using @xeroc ' s piston, Clamps was born with the need to put a CLAMP on bad bots

Targets include:

• Spam bots
  Bot who post valueless comments (aka "great post!" comment on everyone's articles)

• Plagiarists
  The contents of posts will be searched online with the comparison results sent to me for review until the algorithm is dialed in. Auto downvoting will not be employed to prevent innocent bloggers who repost from getting hit.

Functionality NOT included:

• Auto upvoting of posts. Instead, a list will be sent for me to review at the end of each day to manually upvote to prevent upvoting "test" posts and poor content.

• No auto posting until I get the plagiarism algorithm tested thoroughly

If you have a "blacklist" to share, I am generating one now but would love to see yours as well to compare

Haha thanks, and yes, they definitely need to bring it back. It is one of my favorite animated series of all time (nothing beats Cowboy Bebop though)

My favourite character was the crazy robot who kept trying to rob the same bank - can't remember his name but he appeared in multiple episodes .
