You want 20 upvotes and resteems but have only 17 followers of whom maybe 2 or 3 notice the post. How on earth would you want to reach that number?
What you should do is approach a whale and ask them to conduct the drawing in your name. For example you could ask @originalworks, @stackin, @exyle, @surfermarly, @tjkirk or one of the other whales who have a big supporting.
And btw, a Steam giftcard is something very special. It only makes sense if you play online games. I for example don't and I don't think this is a gaming crazy community here (at least not yet). Maybe you should check out on DTube if you find any gaming reviews and perhaps you are lucky when reaching out to them.
Or, maybe, the Steemit chat or one of thee Discord channels are the right place to start for you.
But blaming the system after conducting a half-witted attempt to get some cheap attention is the wrong approach. This platform has a very long learning curve. I'm now here since > 6 months and I am still learning the system.
