RE: The Daily Coverup -- Transparency Under Attack.

in #steemit7 years ago (edited)

I think you should up the numbers a little bit, and I applaud all those on the list that down vote you as spam. There are serious issues that could use your attention like retention, did you know we have 1 million sign ups with 60-80,000 active? We need that addressed why not go help the dynamicsteemians or greetersguild educate new steemians instead of help with running them off? & to top it off you upvote yourself with .07 to put your spam over any genuine comments, if you were constructive instead of destructive I & more would delegate to you without your spam asking for it!

The actions of @transparencybot are directly addressing the problem by attacking it at it's root. The reason most of the people are leaving is because of the increasing concentration of Steem in the accounts that already have the most of it, and that is done through selfvotes, circlejerks, and bots.

Thank you for the comment. It is appreciated.

I nearly left myself when I realized the depth of the "gaming" the system and what it actually takes to get on the trending. This pretty much leaves people like you and I that want to fight for a great platform or the parasites that will do anything to make a buck or two before the host is dead.

This sums up the problem pretty succinctly.
