It happens quite often, I don't worry about it. I may respond to the comment and go from there. Sometimes, it is just people trying to get followers, sometimes they are looking for the upvote. My best guess is if someone is just saying great post they are looking for a vote or followers. Most votes and even a lot of the comments come people who didn't even bothering reading the post!
