Well, it is generally known as an upvote exchanger where you upvote others post and get upvoted in return.

Keep dreaming. The thing is that steemfollower is a tool that is made to help Steemit minnows who make quality posts, get some upvotes. Members have the option of upvoting any post they find interesting. So even if you exhaust your voting power upvoting 100s of posts (which is not even possible because you're only permitted to upvote only 10 posts daily), you won't get any upvote in return if your post is not of a good quality.
You might have come across so many posts in Steemit persuading you to join steemfollower. Most of them are just trying to make you a part of their referral, which will boost their points and raise their possibilities of getting more upvotes on their own post In steemfollower. If you are not properly guided in using this tool, you'll just be wasting your time and voting power without getting any thing in return, just hanging there wondering why it didn't work for you! And finally you'll conclude that it's a lousy tool.
Wait! Before jumping into conclusion, you may want to try something new😌.
How To Benefit Maximally From Steemfollower.
- Create Quality Posts.

If you've been following me and probably reading my posts on Steemit tips you must have come across this phrase “Quality Content” a lot of times, and you may be wondering what exactly I mean by quality! I simply refer to a quality post as a post written a lot of passion along side with properly grounded knowledge. A post with appropriate title and sourced images. And most importantly a post free from the cheetah bot i.e not plagiarised.
- Try to make everything about your post catchy. Your title, image and first phrase or preferably first paragraph.
- Title: This is actually the first thing that a user looks at when surfing in the system. It should be as captivating as possible. Because if the title is not catchy people won't get to know what the content is about let alone them upvoting it.
- Image: This is another thing that shouldn't be overlooked, also ensure that the first image of your posts are catchy as well, because this is the thumbnail for your post i.e The image that will be displayed.
- First phrase: The first phrase is another thing visible to people before they actually click on your post to see the full content.
NOTE: Don't in anyway try to scam people by them to read your post as this will only give you down votes instead of upvotes and ruin your reputation before you even start building it.
Bonus tip:
Never use your steemit private, owner or master key for any third party site, including steemfollower. You should only use your posting key.
It seems like this is the end of my article. My advice for you is that you should not give up because it isn't a scam. The fact that people are making it means you too can also benefit from it. All you have to do is try to create better posts and you'll benefit from it also.
