Yes, you are correct. I forgot to remove the Poloniex action. I had hoped that a witness had some influence in supporting Poloniex to correct their wallet issue. So far it looks like Poloniex fixed their wallet without any help. It is sad that all these experienced people here and no-one has helped the exchanges when they have technical issues.

I asked them too. I even blogged examples how to do it.
