Not at all, your anger is completely justified! It's absolutely ridiculous how shitty their customer service is. If we want crypto to succeed and be adopted by the masses we have to realize that we are all in it together (to a point). Each time one of the large exchanges (coinbase, poloniex) has downtime, or locks up withdrawals, or does not even respond to your dam email (your definitely not the first person I have heard this from), they scare the shit out of the guy who was thinking about investing in crypto. If you are worried the asset you purchased can not be sold when you want it to, Hi or Lo, due to the dam exchange not working! I mean come on. Let's get it together here people!

Yeah, if they fall, I'm sure it will be ALL over the news and that will be all that everyone knows, completely tarnishing the crypto-space's name . . .
We don't need that at this point, it has all come way too far . . .
It would be different if they addressed the public, but instead they just remain completely silent. It's total bullshit . . .
