Thanks @andrarchy for getting this done. We've been talking about a more structured process for a while because we get so many requests from great projects asking for delegations. This provides a clear-cut, transparent way of making it happen. I've worked with many non-profits in the past and utilizing a "grant application" process keeps everyone accountable. It's all for the greater good - Steem!

          So incredibly excited to see this initiative from Stemit Inc. Have been beating the drum on the need for a formal delegation application since @dsound had its delegation pulled. Hoping this valuable DApp and community gets some love from Steemit's stake ... @prc is entirely the reason many of us have stuck with this platform so long!
