# Meet Bania: A Young Steemian With Great Ideas, and Big Vision, Who has Eliminated the word Impossible from his Dictionary.

Kazeem Olabaisi popularly known as @bania on steemit is a young boy from Nigeria with high intelligent quotient, a big mind and foresight. He is a creative entrepreneur that is yet to be heard or known, but I have no doubt the world will soon know and hear him.

His ability to come up with good and great ideas know no bounds, I am close to him and that's why I can tell you this confidently.

He has developed his mind to the consciousness that everything is possible, despite his not too big stature and young age, this is something I really admire in him and made me to believe what I read from a book written by a pastor called Bishop David Abioye is 100% true.

He said in the book that "whatever you conceive in your mind, you have the power to achieve" .

I know him to have many MENTORS, but listen more to these three: Bill Gates, James Altucher and Bishop David Oyedepo.

I think he follows Bill Gates because he has a dream to be like him one day, read James Altucher blog because James is unconventional and listen to Bishop Oyedepo because he's a practical example of man of faith.

STEEMIT EVANGELIST

I call him a steemit Senior Evangelist, this title was given to him because of his tireless efforts to bring Nigerians to steemit and put them through the basics, and of-course am among the numerous Nigerians he has brought in and nurture on steemit.

I don't want to mention names but I still know a lot aside myself who are doing well on steemit because of @bania inspiration and numerous help.

Last year he came up with a project to promote steemit across the 36 states of Nigeria and possibly extend it to neighboring countries like Ghana and Benin Republic through seminars and giveaway around August 2017, this project was Tagged Bania Steemit Gospel (BSG).

After a serious plans on how to properly execute this project in Nigeria, he let go of the project because of a lot things put into consideration among which is his new vision and dream to build a decentralized smart city.

He conceived a Bigger idea and vision this new project blew my mind, it was a wow...

This project Blew my mind and I asked myself; what was Bania thinking to have stumbled into this kind of an idea, but I had another thought; isn't it @bania? He has alway been a creative and big thinker.

Bania’s D-City: World’s First Cryptocurrency Powered Smart City Built with Cross Laminated Timber

Hello Steemians,

I'm pleased to announce that I will be building Bania D-City from scratch on 200 hectares of land in Nigeria. Bania D-City will be a decentralized smart city built with and administered with two emerging world technologies: the Graphene blockchain and Cross Laminated Timber (CLT).

We will use the graphene blockchain to create a decentralized city app and an official cryptocurrency that will serve as the native currency of D-City. This currency will be used by all residents, businesses and visitors when transacting in D-City. Land purchases, leasing and every day transactions will all take place using these tokens.

D-City will also utilize the groundbreaking sustainable timber technology, Cross Laminated Timber (CLT) as the primary construction material for the city's residential and commerical buildings. D-City will be a decentralized smart city, as well as a creative wooden city.

You need to see comments some people believed he thinks outside the box while some said he thought as if there is no Box at all.

I asked his opinion on a financial matter one day, his answer made me realised that Bania is someone I need to be around. My bank sent me a message that I should make savings for a speculated duration of time and I will be given 10% of my savings, I was happy and willing to save ten thousand naira monthly for duration of at least 10 months.

Then I asked Him don't you think this is a good investment opportunity? And he said; instead of saving in bank for 10% interest why not invest in a good cryptocurrency project that can give you ten times that and in a year you will be living large. I was like wow... I never thought of that.

Around August last year he told myself and a few guys around us of a cryptocurrency we need to buy before the price gets high and guess what? It was EOS.

I was like how can you be so sure about this, then EOS was just $0.50 today the price is now $8. Just last week he said he had no doubt Steem will Hit $100 in the nearest future, I believe him and hope it comes very soon.
