Bitcoin + Altcoin Market crashed hard, it went from 88 to 57 Billion U$ Total Market Cap. Bitcoin dropped from 2759U$ to 1956U$ so far....
Sadly we lost the BTCC Contest, we where ahead but at the end it wasn't enough to win....

Holy crap, that is a huge amount of BTC! I would be pretty frightened if I had so much money on the line. However, I'm pretty confident that the price will rise again. BTC is getting more popular each day, and more people are looking to use it, so it will for sure rise a lot higher in the next years.

I may be in the minority, but I am glad a correction is taking place. First, the prices went far too high, too fast. That is not healthy and does not instill confidence (especially if the balloon pops). Secondly, it does give opportunities for people to buy in at 'lower' prices with the high's being a reasonable goal as part of an analysis.

Steem contributed many tens of thousands of votes to that twitter poll. I would think even though steem lost, steem showed that it would be beneficial to add.

its not crash, its just whale make the market panic, so they can accumulate more coin...trust me, however the $1800 support is too strong...i also buy more steem while it only 0.66,....thank you dumper...

Crash was necessary, I don't think it's over. Still not a lot of shorts in. I'm holding what I have and will average in with small buys over the next couple weeks. Long term Steem, and the rest of the market are going up.
Lending rate for BTC is going down, this is always a sign that the market is changing....
As I have close to nothing as invest I stay calm - even about my sBD on Polo which I might have sold earlier - Steem On. Losing the competition is a shame, was so close but the battle of the bots decided for ETC - we did a good job!
