Your vote value goes up with amount of Steem Power you have. You can either earn it by posting or by buying STEEM. (I am doing both, buying as much as I can)
Your voting power is at 70.80% so if you stop upvoting now, it will take you about a day and a half for it to recharge to 100%. Once you get back up 100% your vote will be worth a cent again, (you should have around 10 votes per 24 hour period worth 1 cent) then it will need to recharge. Hope this helps!

Hey guys! I don't know if you learned this already. But don't get too crazy about having a 0 worth vote, it's just because the other decimals don't appear in that form, and as many people have signed up, our voting power is distributed within the entire community as well. So, even though it shows as a 0 worth vote, it does have value, and it does add to the bill count, as long it's in the 7 day period. Cheers!
