Thank you for those kind words man. No worries, you do not need to compare :) But if you are asking out of inspiration, then awesome!

I have not yet made a guide on my approach and beliefs. I am getting a few requests lately to make one. I might just do one for you guys :)

There are no real 'secrets' or 'magic tricks'.. It's purely putting in the effort and passion. It's currently 4:30am. Most people would be asleep by this time, but I know how important responding to my comments can be. That's just a mentality example. Just doing what it takes, and what is required.

I have to add two more hours of my 6 hours a day on Steemit...or am I doing the right thing?

I would say it's not about the amount of time you spend, but rather how much productive work you get done. I am very blunt in this approach. For example, you say you're on Steemit for 6 hours a day.. What do you do in those 6? You need to ask yourself that. If you really work in those 6 hours, and not procrastinate, you can easily get 100-200 comments done, building solid connections, and making 2 high quality posts in the time.

But you see, we say we are grinding for 6 hours, etc, but 80% of the time is just wasted not making my real progress. That is the main reason why I said in my post that I am not satisfied. Not because I haven't made progress, but rather because I know how much progress was leaving on the table by still not being completely focused.

These results I have produced have realistically been at maybe 40% focus-levels. 60% of my time on this platform is still wasting by simply procrastinating.

Again, my approach is blunt with these things. It's simply having a reality check, and then adjusting.

Does that make sense?
