How to find (SBD or STEEM Transfer) Transaction ID & URL

After the activation of Hard Fork 19, I have noticed that many of us experienced problems on STEEM or SBD Transfer to Exchanges.

Normally, what we do is to contact the Exchange's support to look on our transaction.

The usual requirement of an Exchange is to provide them a Transaction ID and/or URL of your STEEM or SBD Transfer transaction.

This helped me so much! Had an issue as I accidentally transferred my SBD to the wrong memo. Bittrex support requested the transaction ID of what I transferred. This video helped. Thank you!

I do ctrl F and enter poloniex but it doesn't sort! Strange.
I also enter my poloniex memo 738474c056058884 and it doesnt sort!
